how do you say i want to talk to your manager in spanish?

would it be Quiero hablar con el gerente. or does it sound better as quiero hablar con su gerente.
also how do you say “fine. I will take my business elsewhere” or “fine. i will take my business to another restaurant.”
when i use the word business i don’t mean like products, but business as in me being a customer at that restaurant.
if it’s too hard to understand, what is the best way to just say “Fine. i’ll go to a less expensive restaurant”

When learning Spanish how do you understand when they talk so fast like a lawnmower?
Saturday, May 15th, 2010I really want to learn this language but I’m having a hard time. I know how to pronounce the words perfectly and I can even read the words and understand them when said one at a time; however, when someone starts talking Spanish to me in full sentences it just sounds like a huge big blur and I can’t understand nothing. It sounds like a lawnmower.

My online discussion group, Admissions 101, recently exchanged verbal blows over foreign language courses in high school. Most of us defended the conventional wisdom. Learning another language improves cognitive development, we said. It enhances academic skills, encourages a sense of the wider world and looks good to colleges.
